2. How does holistic well-being align to the working styles and patterns of the future? Why is this relevant and simply not a 1st world problem?
3. How landlords intend to change their model (if at all) in response to the increased occupier demand for flexible working accommodation? How do they see the post-Brexit environment affecting their businesses?

Despite Brexit, London's office market had a booming 2017. Not only has the weak pound drawn in foreign buyers, catapulting the total turnover in central London to £19.6bn in 2017, but also the growing focus on the end-user experience has been in favor of a booming market.
As other markets across the globe catch up, how can London maintain investor demand, and continue to attract and engage talents in 2018? There are multiple challenges to face and those that cannot keep up with the change taking place will find themselves struggling in the new year. Increasing occupancy costs and a rising workplace population will continue to push employers to think outside the box. Condensing space efficiently and creating environments that workers enjoy and can be productive in, will be crucial for the landlord community in 2018, especially when the competition of flex office space providers increases.
Cushman & Wakefield's Office Across The World report points out, developers and corporations will "require a set of metrics that go beyond the traditional markers of cost and density" in order to ensure a flourishing office market in 2018 that boosts returns and tenant satisfaction.
Join us for Bisnow's Workspace of the Future event where we will explore what these metrics are. The event will first look at the changing Landlord-Tenant Relations and Community Building, exploring how landlords intend to change their model (if at all) in response to the increased occupier demand for flexible working accommodation. We will also discuss whether landlord's approach to community building is just a buzzword and marketing tool to get leases signed, or whether it really contributes to tenant satisfaction. The second part of the event will discuss a holistic approach to boosting workforces health and happiness at the workspace by focusing on mental and spiritual design aspects and methods within the workspace.
